Siggies! ...And A Drum Roll....

The "siggies" (signature blocks) are all done. They are a guest book alternative, a soon-to-be wedding quilt for our son and his bride. There are thirty of them, each one has four siggie places (hearts). The blocks are stabilized with freezer paper and the edges have been taped out to designate the writing field; keeping folks out of the "off-limits" area; the seam allowance! They now reside in their own box, with four brand-new brown Pigma pens, eagerly awaiting the big day! We're inside the three week countdown now. One more thing to check off the list.

And now, for the drum roll... the last ~and final~ stress reducing tip, something to remember:
(and you thought they'd never end!)

35. "If God is for us, who can be against us?"(Romans 8:31)

Life is Good!

What a great idea to tape the edges! That is a good solution to an age-old problem.

Those *siggie* blocks look wonderful, you did a beautiful job with them, you are very organized! It will be exciting for YOU and others to see the messages and signatures! FUN - FUN - FUN!!

I made 'graduation quilts' for the two oldest G-sons when they graduated from HS and reading the messages on the 'siggie blocks', well there were just such neat tributes to each of them! Some comments were 'fun', some Bible scriptures, and some comments just from the heart, but all very special to the boys! Have fun at the wedding!

The siggies look great - they are a nice alternative to the guestbook - probably will get viewed more once you've put them together in a quilt. The taping idea is wonderful too.

While I am filled with admiration for the siggie blocks, the final stress tip is what I needed to read this morning! Thanks so much.
