Stickin'

“Be like a postage stamp. Stick to
one thing until you get there.”
Josh Billings

I'm stickin'... like a stamp. These BOM blocks are my latest obsession and they are not going back into the darkness of the stash closet before they are completed tops, I'm determined to see this through and am directing all of my energy and time to that conclusion, whatever it takes! One down, a few more to go... I'm stickin'.

Way to go!! Great setting for those blocks and what a great way to practice machine quilting.

Good for you! Send some of that energy out to the rest of us! The first one down looks great - isn't the feeling of accomplishment great!

Can't get finished unless it's worked on. :-) Hang tough! Perhaps you need the Quilter's Cheer?

Wonder if that was a real stamp...I don't remember it if it was. I am taking nothing new to start to retreat this weekend so hope to get a few checked off as well.

Love the setting. I think your plan is coming together

Sometimes you just have to do that, stick with it. It's so easy to be distracted by the beauty of fabrics and start another project. I find that having to many UFOs inhibits my creativity. Good for you to be determined. The quilt looks lovely. Have you decided how you will machine quilt it? I took a few classes at MQX on feathers. I really do need to practice my custom quilting. Enjoy

Good for you! Once I get through this weekend, I'm going to stick to one thing for a while too. I have a ton of applique to catch up!
