Welcome To My Nightmare

Mom calls her "Onyx", she hangs around my house... a LOT! Today she decided that the middle of a the front lawn was the perfect location from which to torment me. She did a splendid job, for hours on end. If I'd only known what was waiting for me here I would have stayed in Virginia.

Life is Good
ain't so Great!

Poor Hannes! Felines do what they want and this one seems to want to torment you. Ignore it.

Hannes, I feel your pain, my friend. You see, I have my own tormentor, Pumpkin, who likes to sneak into the basement to sleep in the coolness and used to like to serve herself at the garbage buffet until mom got one of those big rolly bins from the city. Now she can't get in it but she still sits on the sidewalk in front of the house looking at me look at her from the storm door.

Mom likes her because she keeps the varmints away. I don't like her. She out there and she stares at me and she's bigger than me and she's ORANGE!

What's a girl to do?

BARK! BARK! BARK! BARK!!!!!!!

Oh I think Onyx is very pretty.

Just think Hannes no snakes when you have to go out and "do your business" Since Banjo arrived...no snakes. They don't like the smell of a kitty either.

Oh Hannes, I feel your pain. My own yard has been just filled with bunnies and squirrels this past week. My mom won't let me out to chase them. I can only patrol from window to window inside. Once I get a chance . . . . I'm gonna catch one and just play and play and play.
Hugs,
Daisy

Dear Hannes,
I would come over and take care of this problem for you, but my mom won't let me. I'd try Pat's idea.

Love,
Max

Oh Hannes, we feel your pain, buddy!!! We have one that looks JUST LIKE that one that lives here at our house, and Mom is always telling us we have to be nice to him (she calls him Homer). It's a bummer, man!!

LOL, Hannes, darling, Onyx is BEAUTIFUL. She wants to be your friend! (Our giant German shepherd, Deegan, would disagree. He lives in fear of our cat, Foster!)

Poor pupper! That is just like a cat, isn't it? Hope you get at least ONE chance to chase her!

Oh Hannes, maybe you should just make friends with her?

Poor Hannes, I don't understand what it is about cats either. I myself have 4 stray cats - they all came to my door 1/2 starved to death - all skin and bones and missing fur. What can one do? Feed them, of course. And then they never leave. Now I am trying to catch one because he needs to go see the vet. Wish me luck... it is difficult to catch a wild cat! I even have 1 stray cat that looks like your Onyx - he has double claws so is double lethal! Pick a different window to look out because believe me - if the cat is being fed at the house - he will never leave! Cheers! Evelyn
