36 Years Ago...

...the Summer Olympics were being held in Montreal, Nadia Comaneci scored the first perfect "10" in women's gymnastics.

...both Ronald Reagan and Gerald Ford were strong contenders for the Republican Presidential Nominee position heading toward the convention.

...Elvis Presley was on tour in Syracuse.

..."Got To get You Into My Life" by the Beatles was the number one song in the country.

..and this precious baby girl was born!

Happy birthday today to my sweet daughter, you have certainly made the world a happier and more loving place; your Dad and I are so very proud of the lovely lady that you've become; here's hoping that today is a special one for you.

I have a bicentennial baby,too. Did you get one of those special birth certificates?
Mine will be 36 next month and he he abouve average,too. It was a very good year, lol.

What a great picture! You look so happy. My husband shares a birthday with your daughter (He turned 25 in 1976) and my son shares Mason's birthday (He just turned 23).
