Just Outside My Door...

I stepped outside the sewing room yesterday to fill the bird feeders and knew immediately that I needed to grab my camera and share the beauty that surrounds our home. I can't remember any time when the flowering trees have been more spectacular than they are right now. The Dogwood, Kwanzan Cherry and Azaleas are currently putting on quite a show, I am grateful for the front row seat.

Yes, Lynnleigh was just outside the door too!
She's been showering Nana with lots of smiles lately;

don't you just love a happy, toothless, smile?
Gregory was more than happy to sit in on the photo shoot too;
I thought you'd especially like his after-nap cowlick!
This is the brick walk that leads to the side porch and my sewing room.
Thanks for stopping by today and sharing in the beauty
that lies just outside my door. What's surprises wait outside yours today?
Life is Good!

The flowering trees and shrubs have been gorgeous this spring and so have the tulips. What a beautiful pallette of God's creation!

What a beautiful show! We have green grass and that's about it. Oh and spring bulb plants too. I can't wait to visit in June!

You are right, the only things prettier than those blossoms were the smiles.

So pretty outside your door!
Those two little smiling faces enhance it all. I am so smitten with that little redheaded leprechaun you call Gregory!
