1. Become better organized.
2. Finish old projects before beginning new ones, namely (here was a list of 6 quilts I was working on at that time)*
3. Pay attention to weight by eating smart.
4. Be more patient.
5. Exercise daily. ( see entry #3!)
6. Pray deliberately and diligently.

Life is Good!
He is truly a beautiful baby. So glad I finally got to meet the little fellow in person! He is a keeper.
ReplyDeleteAdorable little grandbaby photo! They change so much every day!
ReplyDeleteI think we all could live by your list of goals - they are worthy of a re-run even if it is 12 years later!
The list of goals is timeless, and I'm sure it looks exactly like the recurring goals of many other people, including myself.
ReplyDeleteYour list could be my list. It really is amazing what creatures of habit we are.
ReplyDeleteSweet picture of Mason. He sure is changing, isn't he!
He's such a pretty baby and seems to be loaded with personality, too. Keep the pictures coming!

Like all of us, you are a work in progress. Even if you goals remain the same, you continue to get closer to reaching them. Enjoy the journey.
ReplyDeleteI, too, keep a journal. It is surprising to look back at some entries and to see the way the journals themselves have changed. When I was going through a rough patch, I would journal through it, which helped me. But then I thought about future people who might read my journal (!!!) so I painted over the entries and then glued and sketched on top of the paint. Whew! I won't be embarrassed even when I'm dead and gone. Little Mason is so cute. Thanks for sharing his pictures.
ReplyDeleteYour list looks just like my list! blessings, marlene
ReplyDeletePrecious little guy. Your goals are wonderful and worthwhile.
ReplyDeleteMason is getting cuter by the day, isn't he? It does my heart good to know I'm not the only one who's to-do list hasn't changed much over the years. We do our best, don't we? It's just that some days my best is better than other days! I think I'll work on a new list myself.....
ReplyDeleteI guess we are who we are throughout the years, but look at the bright side, at least you're consistent! Mason is just getting cuter each day!
ReplyDeleteYour list is like my list!
ReplyDeleteMason is so cute!
Yes, I can see how an old journal could be a little scary and somewhat humorous too. I am not pulling my old ones out yet. Just reading old blog posts leaves my head shaking.
ReplyDeleteOhhhhhhh little Mason!!! He is soooo sweet!!! It's like what my grandmother would say, "It would take a huge truck to clean up all the suger that a sweet baby makes." Whatever it meant...I heard it through my entire childhood..lol..Mason makes me think of what my grandmother might of been talking about..lol
