It all hardly seems possible and yet here we are; blessed beyond measure and truly grateful for each and every day. In case we needed any further reminders of how fleeting time can be, earlier last week both Gregory and Lucy Ann received eighth grade diplomas; high school is next, how can that be?!

Time: fleeting, finite and precious. Someone once said, while describing raising children; "the days are long but the years are short". This is true in every aspect. We look back today with thankfulness, all the while keeping our eyes focused on what is yet to come; thanking God for each and every beautiful day!
Life is Good!

ReplyDeleteCongrats to your rising 9th graders! And yes, time flies. I'm so grateful Young Man lives near us as he changes from morning to night and we've been able to be part of so much in these first 8 years.
ReplyDeleteHappy Anniversary to you both! Enjoy!
ReplyDeleteCongratulations, all the way 'round. Each time I see a new photo of your grands, I am amazed, remembering the photos taken when I first began reading your post. How quickly time flies. Such handsome and sweet young people. You truly are blessed.
