All those ants took time to applique, but it was worth it. Oh, the umbrella and rubber boots! I did it in batiks and it stitched up so beautifully. I’m going to try to make the next one with batiks, too. Do you not leave them outside for long? I would think that they would pretty easily fade and the fabric weaken... Or are you taking them down and changing them daily?
