
This one is off the rails and ready for turning to finish up the borders. I'm not ashamed of my quilting anymore. That's not to say that it's the best, by any means, but the strict hour-a-day practice regimen has proved beneficial for both the quilter and the quilts. I've tried my hand at lots of varied techniques on this sampler quilt, it has proved to be a perfect canvas for just that... feathers, outline quilting, continuous curves,
McTavishing and freehand (translation: wonky/naive) shapes and fills.

It is lovely, Mrs. G. I love the way McTavishing fills the space and adds a very special touch. Your feathers are looking great. I never did feel good with my feathers.
