Living Complaint Free?

Well, not exactly... I continue to try and live a happy and rewarding 'complaint free' life. It's not easy at all, in fact...it's very hard. I have gone one(!) day without moving my bracelet; and, in all fairness, I must admit that the one day in question is one where I never even left the house! (That shouldn't even really count, but I'm claiming it anyway.) It's so much easier to live without complaining, criticizing or gossiping when I'm not surrounded by temptation~ by the world. If you're so inclined, give it a try, challenge yourself. Even though I am certain it will be a long, long time (months? a year?) before I remove my bracelet I can tell you this much: the attempts at cultivating this habit are already yielding some great rewards. I am happier, calmer, and more productive. All that from this simple little wrist-reminder? You betcha!

I think you're doing just fine with your complaint free efforts. You'd probably do much better if you didnt' have to listen to me. I'm a bad influence and I need to do better (or reconsider my book recommendations!)

Oh my I think I am in need of a bracelet or two -- and they would constantly be shifting from wrist to wrist! Surely a good reminder that life is not so bad afterall! As I drive to work each day I pray for the 'positive' thoughts that I should have for my day, but still find myself caving to the real world! Good entry on your blog, makes me ponder how I should be living! Thank you for this!

A difficult assignment for sure. Even without a bracelet, I try to remind myself daily to find happiness and content all around me . . . no easy task but certainly worthy of striving for *s*

You know, I woke to this sipping my first cup of coffee and checked out the link. Then I got side tracked with the message, contemplated how this really could influence my life and wondered.

I dig it. But you know my back hurts and Duke is a bad dog,.I have a dry patch on my lawn and I mean I do live in Florida so that MUST mean Global Warming is just around the corner when all the time I thought it was just the corner market and... Well please don't complain about me, k?
