…weekend retreats! Routine interrupted; those of you who read this blog regularly know that I embrace routine and all the order that represents. That’s out the window the next two weekends as I face back to back retreats. This weekend it’s Church Council, two days of team building and committee wrangling. I’m already tired just thinking about it. Next weekend is Camp Dogwood and my Bee (small group) retreat. Yes, the ‘Miss Bee Havens’ are going on the road; to cut-up (sorry) and sew. (And shop and eat!) I’m happy that the retreats are in this order; I can day-dream about my bin of freshly-cut strips when I’ve had all the long-term planning, financial reports and resolution-writing I can handle.
Oh, and did I mention the molded plastic chairs, for hours on end (pun intended)? Ouch.

First business and then pleasure. Perhaps a quilted travel cushion for that plastic chair..LOL?
