It's A Holland!

We found and bought a grill, it's a Holland. We did much research, including talking to family and friends. Everyone recommended a Holland. They're made locally, and made well. No lights on the handles or rotisserie or side burners. It operates differently than a conventional grill, it can't flare up. There's an exclusive drip pan between the food and the flame, so the food can't burn. Drippings strike the drip pan and sizzle, giving the food its distinctive Holland Grill juicy flavor. The Holland is the only grill made which offers a No Flare-Up Guarantee. We bought steaks on Saturday afternoon and christened the grill. We may never eat out again... they were that good! Tonight? Chicken!
Life is Good!
... and delicious, too...

Looks like you are going to be having fun with your new toy! If it means delish food, well, ...can I come to visit?

Yummm.. For some reason we have never had a real barbeque at my house though my husband has set up an old drum can and grilled fish and meat on a mesh wire thingy. We haven't even done that since the kids grew up! I'm looking forward to some of barbeque at my brother's house this summer though. Have a good dinner!

It looks great! There are going to be a lot of barbecue moments for you this summer. I'll be over too - no need to send directions, I'll just follow my nose!

We had a barbecue this weekend, but it was a handmade jobby with a a metal thingie cut in half. Maybe it was a drum can.

Awsome! Now you will have to let us know if it works as well as it looks!! And, BTW, what time should I be there for dinner?? LOL

We have a Holland. Great griller/slow cooker! No fare ups, but chef needs to plan for added cook time. The holland acts more like a slow cooker than a grill. Happy qrilling.
