Home Schooling

Reality is setting in. Sundance is BIG, really big! She won't be ignored, or put off. She wants to quilt. I want to let her! I brewed a larger than normal pot of coffee this morning and sat down with the manual; let the lessons begin! This is the hardest part... all I want to do is make a "sandwich" and practice right away, but I'm well aware that time spent learning about, and getting to know, the machine NOW will be well worth it in the long run. Plus, there are important things to locate, starting with the on/off switch! There's also a DVD to watch: "Maintenance Guide and Getting To Know Your Machine". Fun stuff! So, it's home schooling day at Chez Goodneedle, wish me luck!

2. Go to bed on time.

You are a better woman than I! I did review the maintenance CD and then it was off to the races. Didn't even load a practice sandwich. I threw a lap size quilt on and meandered the whole thing. It was wonderful!!

Fun today, I can just see you curled up in a nice comfortable chair, coffee in one hand and the manual in the other.Remember to take a break every now and again and let what you have learned "sink in"............
Have a great day......... J

Good luck! Take it slow and try not to get overwhelmed. Remember, this should be FUN, not work.
