... for the little one's arrival we spent the day in the Capital City on Wednesday. My husband helped to hang the letters, that our daughter has so lovingly painted and detailed, over the crib.
The curtain rod was installed and I pressed the curtains just so. Ceiling fixtures were moved and his towel rod was installed in the bathroom. There's lots to get ready, he's not even here yet and he's got everyone hopping! My husband used the laser level, all the while under the watchful eye of the "nursery supervisor."

if not...i'm super excited! :)
if we are....then these pictures need to be doctored! :)
can't wait to meet the little man!
And I, a simple reader, feels almost overwhelmed by the magnitude of love and support that flows through this family.
Again, these moments you share, these very personal moments are GIFTS.

Ahh....Doesn't all this preparation make you realize how much everyone's lives will be changing? It is so exciting! Hope your little grandbaby gets here safe and healthy!
The nursery is adorable (our kids picked almost the same crib!)! 24 days to go here!
Gorgeous, and exciting!

His nursery looks so warm and cozy. I look forward to seeing a picture of his grandmother rocking him in that chair!
The countdown begins...nesting has started....it can't be long......can it? I know you & DH are going to be great grandparents. Will it be Nana & Papa, Grandma & Grandpa? The question now is, "DO YOU" have your name pick out?
Such a sweet post and all that joy and love all over the place!! We have about 5 weeks until our little
guy arrives. You are so right, life is good!
What a lovely name... So masculine, yet a great baby name as well. Life is definitely about to change for all of you, but in such a great way....
There is absolutely nothing that compares with being a grandparent, and you will be great, I know you can hardly wait his arrival. Life really is good!!
Glad she decided to let you share his name... makes life so much more straight-forward! I remember those days of anticipation before my boys were born...
YEAH, huzzah for Mason!! Love the name. You guys will make wonderful grandparents! Now for a safe and speedy delivery for your daughter!! Good Luck to her!!
What a fortunate baby to be born into so much love. Grandbabies are so much fun.
The room is adorable and Mom looks ready! Can't wait to see the new arrival!!!
PRICELESS!!! ((SMILE))
I am so thrilled for you! I love seeing the baby clothes all neatly folded in the drawer, and the toy basket. So sweet!
