Hello, Kitty!
I was washing the dishes at the kitchen sink this morning and gazing out the window to the patio when my eyes fell upon a black cat lounging in the far corner, behind a flower pot. "Hello, kitty" I thought to myself as I was running my daily to-do list through my mind... wait, we don't have a cat! "Oh, no" I thought when it hit me that there really was a cat on our patio. I thought of all the reasons we don't need a cat hanging around our house: it would annoy the p-jiggers out of Hannes and the barking would be incessant, it would scare off all the birds, it would require feeding... the list went on and on in my head. And then, right then, the cat did a marvelous thing; it chased a squirrel (the bane of my existence) up a tree! Okay, I'm changing my mind already. "Hello, kitty!"

Little H would only be frustrated because he would want the kitty to come inside and play!
I'm sure he misses Turbo more than Diesel does, and I know he misses Turbo more than I do! :)
What a lovely way to accessorize your deck! Cats good; squirrels bad.
Maybe you could train your new kitty to only chase squirrels and leave the birds alone. It could happen!
Another kitty plus? Lower rodent population!
I think she may be a new addition to the family!
Oh my. :)
Oh dear. I do hope the kitty was just visiting... Or maybe could be a loved outdoor kitty. You know I'm all in favor of kitties being adopted.
I don't have a kitty either...they have me. Ever since Midnight (looks like this black kitty) has been here I can say that we don't have near the problems with voles or moles in the yard...she can stay!
