It's officially fall now: the Fair is in town! I hear that the Krispy Kreme cheeseburger is the Fair food that everyone is buzzing about this year. I'm all about some KK doughnuts, and certainly fond of burgers, but you're not going to see me combining the two like this any time soon! Even if it did look somewhat appetizing, I've heard that this sandwich boasts a calorie count somewhere north of 1,000 (that's without the bacon)! Speaking of calories, my daughter and her husband are chasing all over the Capital City looking for a high calorie supplement in an effort to put some ozs. on little Lucy Ann. Well, here you go; too bad she doesn't have any teeth!
That's just not Fair.
Life is Good!

KK - my favorite donut. But never with a burger! blessings, marlene
I think it's about time for some krispy kreme pumpkin spice doughnuts!!! I'm with you, skip the hamburger.
There are not too many food combos that surprise me, or make me gag. This came close. On a bagel, maybe, but on a glazed donut? There is something so no right about that.
Consider going on line for that suppliment. Too bad you can't just liquify the donut burger....
My dd, sil, and two of their friends shared one of those at the KY state fair this year. And I still don't think they finished it! I'm with Pat - this might have made me gag if I'd been along!
That is just wrong - on so many levels!!
My guys went last night and they reported it having something like 1,800 calories with the bacon and cheese (NO, they did not attempt to eat one!)Heavens! Why not just stick a cork straight into the artery in your neck! Bleh!
OTOH, I enjoyed a nice pumpkin spice one after my class :)
I have never developed a taste for Krispy Kremes, not being a big donut lover (baked Cinnamon Rolls win out every time!) but this is truly revolting just looking at the calorie count alone!
