What a beautiful, blooming hosta...through the haze of humidity. I think that is what it is. Remember, humidity makes you look younger-good for the skin.
We've been getting our share of humid lately. We are in our monsoonal flow (lots of moisture being drawn into the state from the Gulf of Mexico) which is causing daily severe thunderstorms. I am NOT USED to this humidity! Colorado is normally very arid. Your photo really shows the humidity. Nice.
I'm with Paula--though the monsoonal flow is supposed to leave Utah today--she will still be getting it in Colorado. We are technically desert here and usually dry.Humidity is a huge adjustment when I travel east. I get out of a plane or a car and have to gulp to get my breath.
I do NOT miss those hazy, humid summer days when I lived back east. I'll stick with my cool summer days her e. I don't think we've hit 80 yet in the Seattle area!
Humid here. It wouldn't be summer in the Midwest without high humidity! At least the temperature today is 85 instead of 105 yesterday. And regardless of the weather, life IS good!

Cool photo! But...the humidity is trying to kill me. I'm looking forward to October already.
In NC we wear our air with pride and dignity. I love Autumn. Judy C in NC
