It's back to class time for students everywhere, but these quilt students have been hard at work all summer long right here at The Strawberry Patch! One of the B. Sisters (R) has finished her very pretty 9-Patchtastic quilt top and is ready for batting, backing and some quilting stitches, she is definitely the class over-achiever! Is there any smile broader than that of a quilter with their very first quilt?
Miss D. is finishing up a wallhanging begun many years ago with hand quilting, her stitches are perfect! |

Please tell Miss D that her quilt brought a tear to my eye & a smile to my heart. Good to see she's carried on with it. She was a wonderful student! Big hugs to her (and you too). xx

Beautiful quilts!! :)) Looks like a good time at the Strawberry Patch!
Lovely work, lovely ladies, and a lovely teacher!
I don't think your students can do anything BUT excel with you as teacher. Love the smiles on all the ladies.
What fun! I love seeing the younger generation interested in quilting!
It must be satisfying to see your class doing so well--and having so much fun. : )
