My husband and I see things differently, well maybe we SEE things the same way but we certainly have different VISION. My husband looks at this and sees a neatly folded stack of fabric while I can see a most beautiful Christmas quilt begging to be born.
I look at this and see logs while he can see the magnificent bowls and vessels within! Seeing is one thing, vision is something different altogether! Life is Good! |

Love your very profound words of wisdom, so true
You both are great artists!
Let him have his stash of wood,or whatever, as you have your stash of fabric.......
I would love to see the quilt and the bowls!
I love the results of each "vision". Hope you will share more of both!
OOOOH-show us some of his work!
Same situation at our house . . . (imagine that!)
Up our way, someone has been chain-sawing off "burls" from trees because apparently they make the most unusual bowls and wood art. They are very expensive to buy. Who knew?
The visions of creative minds!
I linked to your blog today!
Since my brother-in-law recently lost his sight I love this definition! I plan to pass it on. blessings, marlene
Looks like a good amount of firewood needing split, to put in the wood stove by the couch, where I sit snuggled under a Christmas quilt. Missing NC and cooler weather.
