Oh, Happy Day!

The pace has picked up at Chez Godneedle, lots to do and little time to do it; I'm not alone on that front, I know that. How can tomorrow be December already? With all the extra activities and engagements that cram our calendars and vie for attention, some days it's hard to find peace and calm. Sundance and I  have begun the quilting on "Twinkle, Twinkle"; this has become my recharging time. If I can squeeze in at least an hour here every day the rest of the world can rush by at break-neck speed and I am sufficiently energized to deal with it. I was notified by Janet O.(Rogue Quilter) yesterday that I was a winner in her blog giveaway! She celebrated a recent birthday by giving away gifts; isn't that a sweet and generous thing to do? I am overjoyed!
Oh, happy day!

Such a pretty quilt--I also would like to know if those feathers are stenciled on or if you are winging it. They look so good!

Beautiful progress! An hour a day can bring a lot of stitches to your quilt--I congratulate you for keeping that date with Sundance :)
