Abundant Blessings!

Here's Mason on Saturday following his fifth birthday party, it was a wonderful morning spent with his friends (and their parents) from preschool, and our family at their neighborhood swimming pool. In lieu of gifts this year he requested school supplies to donate to the local Boys and Girls Club for children who will soon need them. I couldn't be prouder of him or his generous spirit! Look at how happy he is with this plenteous haul. These abundant blessings will continue to bring smiles!

One can never be too young to start making a difference! I hope Mason's friends are learning to be generous, too. Mason shares a birthday with my sweet boy who just turned 24.

What a generous boy and perceptive parents who are fostering the giving spirit in a child so young. Looks like a great birthday.

Love that idea. My cousins son had everyone bring tools for a local habitat build. Kids get so much materially these days it's great he's thinking of others

What a lovely idea. And I also say kudos to his parents and grandparents for teaching him well. The thing I liked best was that Mason looks very happy with it all. It looks like it was his idea for the birthday gifts to be for others less fortunate:)
