Acting On Faith...

... isn't this an ultimate act of faith? Planting tulips, daffodils and hyacinths when everything in sight is dying to the seasonal change at hand? I bury the bulbs in the chilling earth while my heart swells in anticipation of what only my mind's eye can see.

Faith is not belief. Belief is passive, faith is active.

I plant the bulbs, God takes it from here.

Life is Good!

Perhaps another interesting comment on faith: The freeze itself is a critical part of the process.

Well, Mrs. G., I'm glad we found each other, too. I've been following your blog and tonight I perused your archives. You're right. We've got a lot in common! I'd like to see more of your quilts . . . .
