More Quilt Inspiration

This is another inspiring quilt that I couldn't tear myself away from at the MAQS.
"A Visit to Provence" by Diane Gaudynski is a whole-cloth machine quilted masterpiece.
As you can see the stitching is compelling, her skills impeccable and of the highest level.
Now, imagine this: you're looking at a MINIATURE...
yes, that's right; this quilt measures 23.5" square!

Unbelievable? You betcha.
I am amazed and ever thankful that God continues to bless me with truly profound inspiration in so many ways each and every day; as I endeavor (ever so humbly) to express myself and interpret my world through fabric and fiber, needle and thread.

One more look... WOW!

Life is Good!

That is one incredible quilt!!! You are absolutely right about that. I can just see you studying it like crazy! And if anyone can duplicate it, it would be you!
(this posting of yours is timed at 2:57am. Please tell me you weren't up then! Don't you ever sleep??? Or is the blog clock just off?)

She certainly is an expert in the field, isn't she. The work is incredible. The yellow really sets it off too.
