It was a weekend of wonders. The kind of moments that stay in a Mom's heart, ordinary to the outside world, but treasured pieces of time to cherish forever. Engagement photos. A bridal shower for the soon to be newlyweds. An expectant daughter who is blossoming in her pregnancy. Easter. It was hard for me to contain and process this much joy all at the same time. In conclusion, a few photos from our Easter table where the highlight of the goody-bags were the fuzzy, furry Pez dispensers!
...And from the shower, our 'bride to be' trying to convince her friends and family that sunflowers really aren't too big to carry down the aisle!
Life is Good!
13. Have backups; an extra car key in your wallet, an extra house key
buried in the garden, extra stamps, etc.

I have carried everything from wreath's to candles down the aisle for friends. If she wants sunflowers....then sunflowers it should be. Glad you all had a wonderful holiday!

It sounds like a wonderful family gathering in this big time of transition. I think sunflowers would look lovely in a wedding.
Extra fabric, just in case ...
Thanks for sharing the photos. I'm glad you all had a good day. Your godson called last night and told us they had a wonderful time with you. He was very impressed by Sundance!
These next few months are going to be so exciting for you! I'm glad we can share the fun.
Hubby has a Scout meeting in your old hometown tonight....made me think of you.

Would never have thought of that, but never thought that DH would build a corral in our backyard for our daughter's wedding, so YES, if that is what she wants, I certainly think it would be stunning!!Life is GOOD!!!! J

What a wonderful way to spend your Easter! You are truly blessed!! (and so is your family!!)
So many wonderful memories in such a short span of time! I love your words of wisdom, by the way!
I think the bride should carry whatever type of flowers her heart desires - I would never have thought of carrying sunflowers!
