I received a message yesterday from my daughter-in-law's dear mother pointing me toward the story of Texas quilter Diane Rose and her amazing accomplishments. Click here to watch Diane's interview, you'll be both amazed and inspired before the video concludes... absolutely, positively guaranteed!
Merry Christmas;

I've watched that video a number of times and it still AMAZES me! I've been accused of sewing blind due to the wonkiness of my quilts but to truly do it, to feel the blocks and their edges and so forth..what a gift she is, and has! Thanks for the link, I'd love to watch it again!
Amazing!
That is an amazing story. I've been sent the link several times in the past and it still warms my heart every time I see it. What an incredible attitude!
From our house to yours, Merry Christmas, Mrs. G.! The wienie babies send Christmas barks to Hannes, too. They are hoping Santa will bring all three of them new toys and bones tonight. ;) Thank you for the link; I'm going to watch it now.
Merry Christmas! Thanks for the inspiring link. I'll always remember Rose's line "it's not a handicap, its an inconvenience!".
Plus it's so nice to see the photos of friendly faces from Augsburg whom i warmly remember. Many wonderful folk. Best wishes for 2012! Fondly, b
