Vroom, Vroom...
I'm still working as hard as I can to catch up with everything I missed after being away for a few weeks. Like a race car driver who's down a lap I feel like the field has moved out and away, leaving me in the far distant dust! I'm really not worried... I'm appliqueing as fast as I can. This is the second block in the "Hop To It" series, it's trimmed and pressed and added to the "done" pile; I am ready to get going immediately on block #3, I'm prepping those pieces today. I'll catch up with those front runners, they'll have to pit before long and I'm cruising along at full speed again. Watch out, here I come...vroom!

Great analogy!! :-D There'll be those whose axles break, too, so you got time!! LOL Keep the pedal to the medal; you are making beautiful dust. And don't forget fuel -- chocolate and laughter! :-)
Blessings,
Mary Lou
I need a little of that energy. GP is going to a car show next weekend maybe I can get in some serious studio time too.
Very pretty block! Nice job!
Oh, beautiful! You are making this for me, right?
Beautiful block! I just love the colors you've chosen.
Beautiful! Love all the greens in this lovely block. Remember to enjoy the ride :)
Hey I working on that quilt too! I chose wool. Needle-turn applique is not the easiest for me, but your fabrics are beautiful. I whink this is going to be so much fun!
Lovely. I really like how you worked the color in the leaves on the far right stem. Thoughtful and gorgeous!
Love it!! I know you'll catch up with the others in no time.
It's glorious!! Enjoy your vroom!

Well, done.
Beautiful block, Mrs. G.!
Good fabric choices. Gives the block zing!
Very beautiful! I have been thinking many times to do stuff like this for walls, but haven't done more than thinking...
I found your blog through a picture of a full mailbox, don't know if it's yours, can not see it anywhere here now, but I'll put a link to your blog anyway.
Love your work!
Many regards from Greece!
